Balancing the Brain Waves to Ease Anxiety and Depression
By Gillian Brod, Neurofeedback Manager
All of us have experienced anxiety and/or depression to some degree, especially in this last year, but so many of us live with it daily. Unfortunately, the numbers in our country have been growing at an astronomical rate over the last few years. If you are one of the millions of Americans suffering from anxiety and depression, know that you are not alone and you do not have to face it alone. We are privileged to be able to offer a possible solution for people. Research has shown that our neurofeedback system can help ease the presence of anxiety and depression by balancing the brain waves and gently encouraging new pathways.
We have worked with many clients to lift the weight of anxiety and depression, and have seen truly amazing results. The transformation that our clients experience throughout the program gives them a fresh start and an opportunity to rewrite their stories.
“I love going to neurofeedback. I always feel encouraged and heard. They always make time to listen to how you’re feeling both physically and emotionally, and they genuinely care about your well-being. I am so excited about the amazing progress I’m making in neurofeedback, and I can’t wait to do more healing.” Audrey M.
